Dinner recipes can be hard to come up with day after day, meal after meal.
It's easy to get stuck on the same few meals. Families often find, when examining their food selection, that they constantly eat the same meals while ignoring some old favorites. Poor planning causes that. Now that more people are more focused on other things like work, it's not easy to plan and execute a healthy menu.
When coming up with recipes and a menu schedule prior planning prevents future problems. People who take some time to plan out menus can select a wider variety of recipes. Meal time is as much about the overall experience as it is about taste and nutrition. Even the same basic foods can be prepared a variety of different ways to make up meals everyone will enjoy a lot more.
Try ground beef. With bread (buns) and some vegetables it can become a hamburger Well, it's also tacos. While very different in the eyes and taste buds of most people, hamburgers and tacos share many of the same basic ingredients. Many different meals can come from one food. Here's another. We'll consider chicken with potatoes. Fried chicken and French fries aren't too healthy. But roasted chicken and potatoes are. More with the same potato and chicken. Many people eat chicken salad sandwiches with chips on the side. Chicken pot pie is good too. There may not be potatoes with Chicken Teriyaki but the rice is also a starch. There is your many recipes from the same basic food elements.
Try more than one meat. Some vegetables along with chicken and steak grilled on skewers are yummy kebabs. Then there's a classic favorite of steak and lobster. Fish and chips make a good appetizer for a fried turkey, all made in the same deep fryer.
