How about south of the border with South Beach at recipes? Oddly, fajitas can include soy sauce according to one Mexican cook. The ingredients are an onion, chili powder, wine juice, bell peppers, soy sauce and two pounds of skirt steak or chicken cut into strips. Marinate the meat in the liquids.

 

Then cook on a skillet or grill, the meat first and then the vegetables. Each serving includes only 307 calories and 4.5 grams of carbs.
