The benefits of yoga exercises for health improvement are widely known, and this is the main reason why so many westerners start to practice it.

To say the least, lots of people take up yoga out of the sheer desire to grow their spiritual side and get distracted from the very material grip of our reality. However, the preponderance of trainees who seek physical alleviation cannot be ignored; a fine example is the ability to sleep all night long. How can yoga exercises help to treat insomnia?
